Amenities are strategi

8、cally located along a central spine to maximize the enrgy ofthe project. The experiences will focus on entertainment, health, lifestyle, a young and fun atmosphere. The perimeter landscape and around towers is more calm and passive for families and all age groups. People can enjoy a garden like expe

9、rience through a network of trails through trees and lush plantings. It will be an opportunity to live in a modern horticultural park full of variety, color and art. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? PARK PLACE ? Park Place combines a natural park landscape experience for guests with modern luxury amenities and mat

10、erials. High energy spaces and activities are clustered around the welcome center and the club house, while a parklike experience surrounds the towers. Passive program is dispersed throghout the park connected by walking paths. A special attraction in the park are terraced ponds near the club house.

11、 Providing a more exclusive experience for the guests, and deck platforms for events that view over and into the multi-tiered pond discs and waterfalls. An open and inviting civic plaza greets people at the street and pulls them into the project through a series of outdoor terraces, dining areas, mo

12、dern gardens, and multi level pool decks. Each of the welcome center spaces are designed around a special attraction using water - the swimming pool, hot tubs, children pool, water sculptures and jets create energy and focus to each room. The planting strategy is to create areas with shade through a

21、nderstanding that community living begins at home, the goal of the design is to create a unique identity for each residential tower through landscape and program offerings. Amenities are located adjacent to the towers and invite guests to venture out beyond there home tower to experience the other a

22、ctivities. ? tower, then venture out to the entertainment garden in the evenings to enjoy a movie. The functions of each tower, when brought together, create what is necessary for a holistic evnironment for people. Larger public functions that serve all the residences as well as visitors are located

23、 along a center space connecting the welcome center to the club house.
